We work closely with North Northamptonshire Highways as well as others with large site responsibilities such as Rushden Lakes, Kettering General Hospital and Hanwood Park.

School Travel Plans

Our many years’ experience working with local schools to develop and implement their travel plans has helped the schools increase walking to school levels as well as gain accreditations and national awards. Our ST:EPs (Safe Travel: Enabling Pupils and Schools) gives school communities the tools and support needed to embed safe, active, sustainable travel in their school culture.

Workplace Travel Plans and Activities

We can help you and your workplace to make journeys to and from work easier and greener for staff - whether for health, environmental or commercial reasons. Our services for workplaces range from organising one-off green travel events to helping you to develop and implement accredited travel plans to an excellent level using the Modeshift STARS framework.

Large Site Travel Plan Management

We offer contract travel plan services for large sites, whether employment sites, public venues or both such as Rushden Lakes, one of our long-standing clients. Using the DfT-backed Modeshift STARS (Sustainable Travel Accredited and Recognised) framework we support our clients to develop, deliver and achieve recognition for excellence in site travel planning.

Cycling and Walking Plans

Helping to create better walking and cycling infrastructure across our county is a top priority for us at Brightwayz as it benefits us all. We are passionate about seeing the development of an excellent county-wide network. Our Local Cycling and Walking Infrastructure Plan (LCWIP) engagement consultancy services mean we can play a practical part in this. Our experience to date includes work on the Kettering and Corby LCWIPs in partnership with North Northamptonshire Council.
